With 13 years at MacroAir Technologies, I have never been content to just manage the process. I began in frontline support, answering customer calls and emails, but drove myself to develop such deep product knowledge that I was brought into engineering for product testing and design, personally tuning motors and programming VFDs for sensorless synchronous motors. Eventually I took full ownership of the technical support department, and everything you see there today, the CRM architecture, the automation workflows, the AI chatbot, the knowledge base, the contact center stack, is my vision and my execution. None of it came from formal technical training. It came from an obsessive drive to understand how things work and teach myself whatever a problem requires.

By nature, I am a builder and an optimizer. Outside of work I self-host AI infrastructure, develop automation pipelines, build software, and work with analog electronics and hardware. That same instinct is behind the workflows and systems that produced $1M in annual savings and a consistently maintained 95%+ CSAT.

I built MacroAir's entire self-service ecosystem from nothing. That means 400+ technical knowledge base articles personally authored with deep product expertise, and an AI chatbot I designed and deployed independently that handles customer inquiries around the clock. The result is a measurable reduction in agent-assisted ticket volume, which means lower costs and faster resolution for customers who never need to wait for a human. I designed the entire CRM and contact center architecture at MacroAir from the ground up. Every trigger, automation, webhook, and API integration in Zendesk was built by me, informed by a deep understanding of both the technical systems and the customer journey they support. Department Ownership

I have full and complete ownership of the technical support operation at MacroAir Technologies. I define the strategy, set the SLAs, build the processes, hire and develop the agents, and track performance across CSAT, first reply time, and one touch resolution. Nothing in that department exists without my decision and nothing runs without my architecture.

Zendesk & CRM Architecture

Zendesk is where I live. I administrate the full stack including Talk, messaging, email, web forms, and WhatsApp, and I build every trigger, automation, webhook, and API integration myself. I design and maintain all reporting and dashboards for leadership visibility. I serve as the sole RingCentral admin company-wide, a role that previously included full ownership of the RingCX contact center deployment before I made the strategic decision to migrate those operations into Zendesk Talk. Prior to that consolidation I also administered Salesforce Lightning, giving me a practical understanding of CRM architecture across multiple enterprise platforms.

AI & Automation

I build and deploy real AI workflows, not proofs of concept. Using n8n as my automation backbone, I connect Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and Deepseek via API to handle everything from content generation pipelines to intelligent deal and event monitoring bots. If a repetitive task exists in my world, I automate it.

Guitar Luthier Mods

I perform expert guitar modifications ranging from pickup and potentiometer swaps and coil splitting to complex Sustainiac, Killswitch, MIDI, and Piezo installs. This work goes beyond following instructions. I design custom wiring schematics from scratch, build, test, and program the systems I create. The medium changes. The drive to understand it completely and make it better never does.

Infrastructure

AI Server Lab

My homelab runs on a heavily customized TrueNAS SCALE server that I built by repurposing and upgrading a workstation with additional storage, expanded RAM, and an HBA card to support external DAS expansion. I self-host and actively manage over 20 services including n8n automation workflows, Nextcloud, Plex, Immich, and a Redis-backed service architecture, with additional stacks managed through Dockge and remote access secured via Cloudflare tunneling. This is where I test, break, and refine the same automation and AI pipeline concepts that eventually make their way into production.
